Retreats have taken over my life…in the best way possible. Since 2021, I’ve been on 20+ of them across the globe. From personal growth and wellness to adventure and mindset work, these experiences have become my favorite way to travel. And recently, they’ve become my favorite group experiences to lead.

Why? Because retreats go deeper than typical vacations. They push you to reflect, reset, and reconnect – with yourself and with others. Between breathwork, cold plunges, hikes, journaling, and heart-opening conversations, you start to shed old layers and step into something real. Something grounded. And honestly?
